From the processing time, which takes from five to seven and a half hours for each piece, to the leather treatment, exclusively in Italy, and the design of both models and metal details, created ad hoc for every single bag, Maison Milano collections express the perfect match of Italian craftsmanship with innovative and refined design, which generates a unique and unparalleled style.

A painstaking process by the deft hands of Italian artisans enabling the transformation of the matter: barrel dyed, natural grain or tumbled calf leather and goatskin – processes making the most of their naturalness and lending them added value.

The handicraft sets every single detail apart, from the seams down to the milled brass elements – a precision technique producing excellent results – carefully hand-polished and plated with precious metals like gold and palladium, so as to keep the surface spotlessly shiny and time lasting. The inner linings represent a further hallmark: semi-patent leather or jacquard with a graphic pattern consisting in the modular repetition of the company’s logo.

Each creation is identified by an engraved logo, either tone-on-tone or in a contrasting shade, by an inner metal plate attesting the timelessness and Italian manufacture of the item, and by peculiar tubular supports for the handles with a milled logo at their ends.

Some models of the Collection feature an innovative and exclusive closure with elements designed and mounted with an exclusive Maison Milano technique, on which the company’s logo stands out.

The Collection consists of three lines, aiming to shine a light on the expressive potential of plane geometry, creating volumes and structures that change depending on the notion inspiring them.

The minimalist line Revé, conceived for everyday use, encompasses practical though refined models. A backpack and a a shoulder maxi bag all with jacquard inner lining reproducing the patter of the logo, black for the black/beige colour options and total black and dove for the sky pink powder, ice, purple and beige options.

The engraved logo is either tone-on-tone or in contrasting colour, depending on the colour of the metal details, that can be either gold-plated, so as to lend brightness to the black and beige maxi bag, or palladium-plated for the backpack brighter purple option. The maxi bag ice/sky colour version features palladium-plated elements, while the black/beige and beige/earth version of the features gold-plated metal elements. The black and pink powder versions of the backpack – that can also be worn as a handbag thanks to the central handle – has golden details, while the purple one features palladium details.

Conceived for worldly occasions, the line Allegra features greater structural complexity resulting from a careful weights distribution, capable of lending the models a sparkling twist. The square shaped, cross-body clutch bag features a smooth inner leather in bright colours, like turquoise, red and night blue, where sparkling golden details grant brightness to the calf leather. The peculiar bas-relief effect of the logo lends added value. The details vary according to the colour of the bag: golden for the red version, beige and palladium for the blue one.

Refined and elegant, the line Palladia boasts sophisticated hand-made decorations and details, enhancing its feminine appeal.

A calfskin medium size bag is the Maison Milano’s most refined proposals, where the decoration on the leather conveys every object a sinewy bas-relief effect with geometric shapes, creating a doubtlessly striking full/empty graphic effect. Some models are trimmed by the peculiar closure with the brand’s logo that also appears in the line Allegra, alternating gold-plated elements with tone-on-tone leather inlays. With an inner shiny leather lining, the clutch bag, with possible shoulder strap in the same material, comes in black, red and blue/beige.
